| 1) Day-to-day management and leadership of the Operational Development team – consisting of Supervisor, Project Managers, Engineers and technicians, 9WC and 45BC. 2) Set the long term direction for the team. 3) Be responsible for the staffing, morale and work ethic of the team staffs. 4) To be responsible for the overall maintenance of production equipment; 5) Lead the team to initiate and execute optimization project. 6) Be responsible for validation and re-validation on production equipment. 7) Ensure all the calibration plans are well implemented; 8) Be responsible for IE, e.g production standard time measurement, routine calculation, workshop layout; 9) Be responsible for lean manufacturing in Zhuhai site, e.g to facilitate lean workshop and lean tools application. 10) Responsible for driving Projects initiated internal or by our Headquarter. | |||

| ----Professional Skills 1) M.Sc in Engineering preferable mechanical or automation. 2) At least 7 years of experience in engineering management. 3) Broad production knowledge. 4) Deep understanding of LEAN and applied LEAN tools in production. 5) Solid project Management skills. 6) Deep knowledge of optimization of manual and automated production. 7) Deep knowledge of preventive maintenance of production equipment. 8) Knowledge of processing and production of plastics. 9) Fluent in English. ----Personal Skills 1) Self-driven. 2) Very good communication skills. 3) Very good leadership skills.
