A, Basic skills: Customer sales, Business development, customer relationship management, customer strategy definition and execution, market analysis, competitor research, project management; Experience in planning and reporting structures of international companies. B, Professional skills: Good interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, business analysis and communication skills, conflicts solving, multi-culture team player; 5 years or above in automotive industry experience; C, Education Requirements: Bachelor degree in related material engineering. D, Language: Good written and oral English, E, Job Description: 1, Identify and lead original growth support definition of the market, key competitors, customers buying process and appropriate customer projects establish. 2, In support to the Saargummi global KAM and regional team to identify pursuit strategy and opportunities. 3, Strengthen our relationship with assigned OEM customers and improve the customer relationship by: 1), Actively manage the relationship for all assigned customer section, establish key contacts with the multiple tiers of the customer organization. 2), Regular communication with customer decision making related and Saargummi network by properly using internal resources. 3), Review performance with customers on a regular basis to ensure that requirements are met. 4), Identify and pursue "Request for Quotation" opportunities fulfilling the approved strategy. 5), During the quotation and customer’s decision process, be an active member of the Saargummi sales team, assisting other internal function team as needed, to achieve the team goals. 6), Provide market feedback on product information, competitive product data, market pricing... to the sales team and upper management. 7), Provide planning of upcoming business opportunities, analyses and evaluate the strategy to win. 8), Lead and coordinate internal business with divisions to ensure annual sales target at customer and complete annual market prognoses. 9), Negotiation of new projects / change management in the context of general instructions by the global sales key account 10), Support on the budget planning
