职位描述:
-Sales: To maximise the sales opportunities and strengthening our brand positioning in the online channels especially Tmall.com through effective merchandising, marketing and stock profile, analysis of competitors products. -Key Account Management: To ensure client satisfaction and to secure long term partnerships by fully communicating with customers, understanding their needs, letting customer understand our brand and channel strategy. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the client relationships through working closely with online partners to maximise their margin opportunity, identifying and providing marketing opportunities and supporting plans. -Able to manage the end-to-end selling process to achieve the products delivered to customers with high level of customer satisfaction. -Collaborate with key stakeholders of our online partners to define their requirements and effectively communicate with our Product Management to drive the projects through the organization. -Assist Marketing team and sales management to set and execute product strategy in both online and offline channel. -Personal Performance: To ensure maximum personal effectiveness through excellent communication of activities and successes with internal colleagues, making recommendations to process improvement and related activity.
职位要求:
-A minimum of four (4) years乫 related experience selling I.T. accessories or consumer electronics products through online channels especially Tmall.com in China. -Have the relevant experience in big sale 乮618&1111乯 -Ability to develop and manage key accounts relationship effectively and independently. -Track record of delivering or exceeding the assigned sales and business objectives consistently. -Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic organization to multiple priorities and meeting deadlines. -Good understanding of the business environment in China. -Excellent negotiation, writing, communication and interpersonal skills. -Experience and skills working with major Microsoft Office computer programs, including Outlook, Excel and Word and others. -University Degree in Business Administration or equivalent acquired from a reputable University or Tertiary Institution.
